Process
Volcom is a lifestyle clothing and equipment brand that embodies the spirit of skateboarding, surfing and street culture. Known for its commitment to creativity and authenticity, Volcom fuses fashion and sport for a relaxed and original style.
Expectations
Faced with artificial intelligence errors and translations unsuited to their audience, Liberated Brands called on us to translate the essence of their brand and each item into three languages, with the aim of conquering the European market. Their objective: to harmonise their message in German, French and Italian for effective communication on the European market.
Implementations
It all started with the Winter 2023 collection. We defined the brand identity and created a glossary to ensure consistency in the choice of words used throughout the collections. By translating over 1,000 product sheets into German, we also helped shape Volcom's image for its foreign audience.

Results
Our collaboration is going wonderfully well, with us taking charge of each of the e-commerce collections. Over time, we have gained the trust of the brand, extending our scope to include other languages and brands in the group, such as Spyder, the famous ski brand. To date, we have translated around ten textile collections into three languages, using thousands of product sheets. All while preserving the spirit of these brands on their e-commerce sites.
